Please make a reservation for available dates. All rates are seasonal and subject to change. Once you make a reservation, you should receive an email confirmation. Please check in between 4pm – 12 midnight. Check out time is 10am. Want an earlier check-in or later check-out time? We would love to accommodate your request, just contact us prior to your arrival or departure. Most suites accommodate 2-4 persons . Two nights minimum stay is required to make a reservation.

We do not allow pets to stay at our properties unless they are certified service animals or have prior approval by the hosts Jean Claude and Martha Ruth Berger. If you would like to request your pet to stay with you, please contact us directly. If approved, a $100 pet fee is required and will be added to your reservation, or requested at check-in. Please note that all pets must be on a leash and under your supervision at all times. If you intend to leave your pet unattended, a kennel or crate is recommended. Please pick up after your pet.

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, after that, the full amount will be used against a future reserservation.

A security deposit of $300 dollars will be collected with your suite reservation. We reserve the right to keep the security deposit only if damages are beyond normal wear. our property Manager will inspect in your presence eventual damages.
